Service was fast and good overall. We ordered buffalo chicken nachos and chicken tenders. Waitress didn't ask what flavor tenders we wanted nor what dipping dressing we wanted. But it's ok, tenders came out plain with honey mustard (I guess standard). The nachos....we were expecting to see the actual buffalo chicken yet we got nachos with same sort of chicken as the tenders just sprinkled with hot sauce on top. Food was good overall but not really "correct".

We had a church event here so can only tell you about the food which was really good.

Great atmosphere, great service and by far the best steak sandwich I've ever had. A+ highly recommend.

I normally have enjoyed all of my meals here. Tonight was a different story. I share this in hopes the people at jroos will see and make an improvement. Tonight I ordered one of the specials. I ordered the baked chicken with mozzarella and prosciutto with mashed potatoes and vegetables. My attention was first drawn to the vegetables. They were overcooked and cold. The chicken was dry and sat on a bed of soggy mashed potatoes. The dish in general was not very appealing just to look at it. Also it had a brown gravy which didn’t help. I will say the lobster bisque was excellent! Overall tonight was not a good night for Jroos in my opinion. I will go back for sure for their pizza since that is what they do best!

Ample parking. Huge dining area. Great big bar. Pizza was very good. It was my first time coming here. I will be back.

I don't order Italian food from them, but I like their turkey burgers and onion rings. I recently did a pick up order for Mother's Day and there were sides and beverages missing. We ordered 4 platters and paid for them, but none of us received platters, just the main entree. The food was cold, but we showed up on time and didn't go far. I was disappointed.

Great atmosphere and great for watching a game. Not enough staff to match how many people go there so it might take a bit to get a drink. Overall good place. Food is really good too!

The Gluten Free pizza was outstanding (a serious plus anywhere!) The regular pies were very good as well, and many choices. Service was great and timely, and Sal, who runs the place, came by to make sure all was well. All in all, a great experience.

Amazing food! My boyfriend and I bought take out and they accidentally forgot our stuffedBreads, but they where so professional andKind enough to deliver our food!! And we live in Durham. Amazing customer service. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I don’t usually leave reviews. However after last night I feel like I have to. A group of 4 of us went to eat here. My friend ordered the prime rib and I ordered the burger. After taking 3 bites of her prime rib she found a staple in it.... not kidding... and after taking a few bites of my burger I discovered it was RAW. needless to say I was extremely ill for the rest of the night. Our waitress was super sweet but clearly overwhelmed. A manager never even came over to our table. Super disappointed.

I wouldn't leave any stars if I could!The owner and his friend sit at a small table really close to the bar and use the most foul language. The owners friend when I glanced over that way looking for the ladies room yelled at me to F OFF I was in shock he then proceeded to continue yelling foul language towards me. It's really unfortunate as it could be a nice place. I enjoyed the food and drink but you couldn't give me free food and or drink to go back. I also witnessed numerous customers that were very inebriated continuing to be served, and I noticed that a couple of them were driving themselves leave while having had far too much to drink definitely not a smart or safe idea.

Nothing like the picture service just went to 2 stars server never asked me if I wanted something else. Just gave me a check and walked away

It was my wife and I first time dining here and the staff was very nice and professional. We both ordered chicken noodle soup to start which was amazing. However with our entrees my wife ordered the shrimp scampi which was lacking in flavor and I ordered the 243 State street salad with grilled salmon. However when I got my order the salmon was blackened. It tasted fine and didn't take much away from the meal but would have preferred my original order. Overall a good experience would come back to dine again.

The place looks beautiful , the food was good . The service was to poor , my husband and I wait to sit in the bar area , I did ask to be wipe the area the we were sitting I don't think anything wrong with that. how I think everybody will have to ask to wipe their table because two people were sitting there before ,and the bartender gave me attitude because because of that.And then I choose to have a special dinner for the night. The bill came with and extra charge . And then when I asked the bartender she said was part of the charge of my meal the I didn't know. Later she change the bill with a messeng saying that she will have to paid with her tip.My husband and I Always give a tip of 20% But the way that she put it Was not right .Was our first time at this Restaurant .Wish the Best to this 2 Bartenders.If you willing to work as a Service u need to provide better Quality.

Tried your pizza for the first time and it was terrible. Cheese half broccoli. Looks over cooked, salty as heck,Just got a dusting of broccoli. I have had better pizza from the grocery store. I will stick to Italian made pizza any day. I was hoping to enjoy it. Please training employees to cook better.

My family rents the large room out for parties here all the time. Today they rented it for after our grandma's funeral because she loved it here. Staff was wonderful and food was delish!

The food is delish. I love it. Only reason for 3 stars is for the customer service. On January 18th 2020 (snow storm day) me and my husband ordered take out. We got there early and i thought I would order myself a drink while we waited. I asked for a mojito and they didn't have the mint leaves and then I asked for a strawberry daiquiri and she said they dont have a blender. Then her comment was "look outside its snowing!" I have no idea why that was said but I just like my fruity drinks all year around. Going to take a break from the place for a while.

I just want to say what a great time Super Bowl Sunday was... worried that every place would be packed..nope! We had the back corner section to ourselves on the indoor patio... it was like a private party! Sal turned the volume up for us on their huge TV screen. We were able to talk, eat and drink as if we were in our own livingroom without having to clean up the mess. The best Super Bowl party I've been to in years! :)

My first visit to the new building. Great atmosphere, very comfortable, the food was FANTASTIC!! I'm very picky about my penne ala vodka as is my son and we both loved it. The others we were with stated they enjoyed their meals, especially the chicken dish that was served. We were at a reception after a wake and all the staff were very friendly and professional.

Just came from eating there and while it started out fine but went downhill after the appetizers entre came and it was hot except for the prime rib which was cold, told the waitress it was cold so after another wait came back out with a warm one but by then I wasn't hungry anymore. It was our first time there and probably the last time. I would suggest that they either replace or clean the menu, they're disgustingly dirty. But you think they would offer a complimentary drink or knock a little off the bill cause it definitely was not worth what they charged us.

Great sports bar and restaurant, they have outdoors covered an awsome thing they did. Food really good, just alitle something with the onion rings to oily.
